Refunds:

After the cooling-off period has expired, refunds will not normally be issued if you decide to cancel the contract other than in exceptional circumstances. Refunds or credits will not be issued for late arrivals, missed sessions, non-attendance or withdrawal after a UCA Short Course has started.
