If the University has already sent your certificate and it has been returned undelivered, you are required to pay the cost of postage to resend.
This is the charge for re-sending an undelivered certificate: no charge will be made for the certificate itself.

Certificates for UK delivery will be sent by recorded delivery.
Certificates for delivery outside the UK will be sent by the International Tracked & Signed service.
Please note that the correct delivery charge will not display until your delivery address has been confirmed at the Checkout. The system will automatically charge you the correct delivery fee.
Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances after consultation with Students Records.
