We'll travel on Monday 2nd March for four days / three nights, returning on Thursday 5th March.
The final price will only be confirmed by our travel agency once we have confirmed the number of travellers (hence this early deposit payment to secure your place). We have been told to expect the total cost to be around £399 each, though this may increase or decrease depending on the size of our group. This price will include travel on the Eurostar (which allows two pieces of luggages one one hand luggage), and a buffet breakfast each morning of our stay.
Accommodation will also be confirmed once our group size is set, but we're anticipating shared rooms at MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West - a comfortable chain that we've had good experiences with in the past.
We'll carefully plan an itinerary of galleries and cultural venues around the city that we can visit as a group but will make sure that you have plenty of free time in the afternoons and evenings (you'll always be welcome to form small groups and split from the main group). If you have any questions, please email drule2@uca.ac.uk Students have the right to cancel their booking without penalty if there is significant increase in cost.
