Thank you for your application to attend UCA’s International Summer School 2026. To confirm your place, full payment is required at the point of booking.

How to make your payment

Whether you are making a payment as an individual or on behalf of a group, please enter the total amount you are paying into the “amount” field and then click “Add to basket.”
If you are paying on behalf of a group, please make one single payment covering all students (for example, a group of 5 students paying the early bird fee would enter £12,100). This method should be used for all group bookings.

Fees and payment deadlines

The standard fee for UCA’s International Summer School 2026 is £2,600 per student.
UCA is pleased to offer an early bird discounted fee of £2,420 per student for applications paid in full by 11:59pm (UK time) on Monday 31 March 2026.
After this date, the standard fee of £2,600 applies and must be paid in full by 11:59pm (UK time) on Monday 1 June 2026.
Please note that payment by instalments or deposits is not available. Your place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Refund policy

Once the statutory cooling-off period has expired, refunds will not normally be issued if you choose to cancel your place. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at the discretion of the Summer School team.
Students who are required to withdraw due to a visa refusal will be eligible for a full refund of all fees paid, less a £100 administration fee, provided official evidence of the visa refusal is supplied. Full terms and conditions can be found here:
