The total cost of UCA’s International Summer School is £2,600. However, for students who pay their fee in full by Sunday 30th March 2025, UCA is pleased to offer an early bird discounted fee of £2,340. Each of these fees include a nonrefundable deposit of £500.Please submit your £500 deposit payment by no later than Sunday 30th March 2025.If you are paying the early bird discounted price, the total fee of £2340 must be paid in full by Sunday 30th March.For students who do not meet the early bird payment deadline, only the deposit is due for payment by 30th March whilst the remainder of the full fee (£2100), must be paid in full by Sunday 11th May 2025.We regret that we are unable to accept any payments in instalments.REFUNDSStudents who wish to withdraw should make their request in writing, to [email protected].1. Students who withdraw after making the nonrefundable deposit payment only, will not receive a refund.2. Students who withdraw after making the fee payment in full, will receive 100% refund less the £500 nonrefundable deposit.3. Students who are forced to withdraw due to a visa refusal, will receive 100% refund, including the deposit, less a £100 admin fee. Visa refusal refunds can only be granted where evidence can be provided. If no evidence can be provided, the issued refund will be as outlined in point 2.Refunds are available from when the payment is made until the start date of your chosen programme.Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Summer School Team on a case-by-case basis according to the refund policy as outlined above and in the Terms and Conditions on your application form.
